CIFS’ parent, the listed company Novae Group Plc, based in London and Zurich, employs 270 staff and is a leading Lloyd’s insurance business with a market capitalisation in excess of £200 million.

Through Syndicate 2007 at Lloyd’s, Novae provides 47.6 per cent of CIFS’ insurance capacity.

Its remaining capacity is supplied by leading syndicates Sagicor 1206 (28.95 per cent), Aspen 4711 (4.8 per cent), Omega 958 (12 per cent) and Liberty 4472 (6.65 per cent). Thus CIFS’ underwriting security is 100 per cent with Lloyd’s and enjoys the market’s A (A M Best) and A+ (S&P, Fitch) ratings.
